Economic & Community Improvement

The Economic and Community Enhancement Award showcases the critical impact real estate development and public and private initiatives can have on our communities. This award will honor projects that promote economic development and/or enhance communities by improving quality of life and fostering the overall social and economic interest of those communities. Commercial real estate projects can transform the built environment and have the power to transform and revitalize a neighborhood or community, often beyond the boundaries of the project. The Economic and Community Improvement Impact Award honors a CREW Austin member or members who played a pivotal role in a commercial real estate project that had a significant and measurable positive impact on the community. Please note: This award is designed to honor an individual member, or a group of no more than three individual members, who played a pivotal role in a commercial real estate project which had a significant and measurable positive impact on the community
within the past eighteen months.
