The Great Springs Project is developing a 100-mile hike and bike trail connecting San Antonio to Austin, passing through key natural landmarks such as Barton Springs, San Marcos Springs, Comal Springs, and San Antonio Springs. This initiative aims to conserve 50,000 acres over the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone, enhancing regional water quality and providing recreational opportunities.

Speaker Emma Lindrose-Siegel serves as the Chief Development Officer for the Great Springs Project. With extensive experience in nonprofit development, she has successfully raised over $34 million for Texas organizations and brings firsthand conservation expertise, notably with Barton Springs.
